Operator voices on digital plant monitoring

How municipalities and technical service providers work with our inspection protocols and monitoring dashboards – and what has changed in their day-to-day operations as a result.

"Since we started recording maintenance cycles digitally, we can see immediately which plant is due next. The automatic reminders have noticeably reduced our failure rate – and the documentation for the authorities is finally complete."

Algelika Mühlbacher, Technical Director, Abwasserverband Unteres Inntal

"Switching to digital inspection protocols has saved us a lot of time. Previously, we compiled inspection reports manually; today, the dashboard provides all relevant key figures at a glance. Collaboration with the operations team has become significantly more efficient as a result."

Isabel Weigl, Infrastructure Administrator, Marktgemeinde Wörgl

"What particularly convinced me was the clear visualization of the plant data. We can see at a glance where maintenance backlogs are building up and which pump is reaching critical values. This is a real gain for our predictive maintenance."

Lena Rath, Environmental Engineering Project Manager, Engineering Office for Municipal Wastewater Management

"The introduction of the software was straightforward, and adapting it to our existing drainage systems worked seamlessly. Centralized data storage makes coordination with the municipalities much easier for us."

Algelika Mühlbacher, Technical Director, Abwasserverband Unteres Inntal

Digital Tools for Plant Management

Our software supports operators of decentralized wastewater treatment plants from initial data capture to routine inspections. Instead of scattered notes and spreadsheets, you get a central overview of all technical facilities, their condition, and upcoming tasks.

Plant Register Centrally record all locations, basins, and technical components—with location data, year of construction, and technical specifications for each unit.
Maintenance Planning Automatically schedule recurring inspection intervals. The system reminds you of due maintenance and documents completion without gaps.
Digital Inspection Reports Record inspection results directly on site—with checklists, measurements, and photos. All reports are stored in an audit-proof manner.
Monitoring Dashboard Operational data such as flow rate, fill level, or pump running times at a glance. Deviations are highlighted in color and can be tracked specifically.
Reporting Generate meaningful reports for authorities and clients from the recorded data—without manual compilation.

Clarification of Contractual Basis

To ensure smooth digital monitoring and maintenance planning, we disclose the most important terms and definitions. These notes apply to all services in plant management.

What does plant monitoring cover?

Monitoring refers to technical drainage systems and decentralized wastewater treatment plants. Operating data, fault messages, and the condition of relevant components are recorded. Structural changes or interventions in the building structure are not included.

Definition of maintenance cycles

Maintenance intervals are determined individually based on plant size, utilization, and legal requirements. Digital planning does not replace official approvals but documents the work carried out in a traceable manner for the responsible authorities.

Scope of inspection reports

Digital inspection reports serve to document inspections and maintenance work without gaps. They do not replace expert opinions or certifications by independent specialists. The reports are stored in an audit-proof manner and can be accessed at any time.

Operator responsibilities

Responsibility for the proper functioning of the plants lies with the respective operator. Our software supports planning and monitoring but does not assume liability for the technical plant itself. Regular on-site visual inspections remain essential.

Data basis and timeliness

The values displayed in the dashboards are based on data transmitted by the plants. Delays in transmission or manual entries can affect timeliness. Critical decisions should always be made based on the most recently validated measured values.

Scope of application and changes

These notes apply to all services provided through our portal. Changes to legal requirements or technical standards may require adjustments to the documentation. We inform operators about relevant updates in a timely manner.
