These terms govern the use of our software for the digital monitoring of technical drainage systems. They apply to operators of decentralized wastewater systems, maintenance partners, and technical inspectors.
The software supports the management of decentralized wastewater systems, the planning of maintenance cycles, and the documentation of technical inspections. Digital inspection reports and monitoring dashboards serve operational monitoring and infrastructure planning. The service is provided as a web-based application; local installation is not intended.
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of the entered system data and the timely execution of documented maintenance work. Access credentials must be treated as confidential. The software does not replace official inspections or legally required inspections by authorized specialists.
We assume no liability for damages arising from incomplete or incorrect data entries, delayed maintenance measures, or failure to heed alarm notifications. Technical availability is ensured with reasonable care, but without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
All system data is stored on servers within Austria. The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively within the scope of contract processing in accordance with the GDPR. Please refer to our privacy policy for details. Upon termination of the contractual relationship, the data will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.
Use is based on a monthly cancellable subscription. Termination must be submitted in writing by email to info@chainoflakeSeptic.com. Upon termination, access to the software expires; exported inspection reports remain available to the operator in common formats.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms if legal conditions or the scope of functions of the software change. We will notify users of significant changes by email at least four weeks before they take effect. If the user does not object within this period, the adjusted terms are deemed accepted.
